Work the Dream

Dare To Dream

Busy Day In Our House

Today was bread day and we made five loaves of bread. The house smells so good and we have already sampled it. Yup that loaf in the back right side has been sampled and that is why it is smaller. We have to cut all the loaves in half to put the extra ones in the freezer. There are different sizes as our bread pans are all different sizes.

I love making bread. Son has to help me because I am not strong enough to do all the kneading as we do not use a bread machine. Anyway…..below is our bread. Hope it stimulates your senses and you smell it at your house and taste it.

    • lol sure. giggling. This is the only kind of bread we eat now. I used to make homemade hamburger buns and hotdog buns and dinner rolls. Is too hard for me so I am handing it down to son.

  3. My husband, Skip, loves to bake homemade breads, and such. Your loaves are beautiful… I know the house does smell so good when bread-baking time comes.

      • Oh yes, and it makes the house feel ‘homey and cosy’… like being safe inside, and all is well with your world. I love that feeling… comforting. When I saw your loaves of bread, I thought about that. :) ))
