Updated Picture on Wonder Dog Without His Cape

Jack does not have on his famous blue cape right now for he is still choking easily. And he is still having trouble walking much but look at those eyes and you can see he is feeling better. Thought you all might feel better seeing him.

    • Yes he is Kate. He is still wobbly but he is old too. He is finally eating his regular soup just diluted a little instead of mostly broth.

  3. Hi D…. So glad to see that Jack is on the road to recovery. Keep the chicken soup flowing. Our dear Lord knows that you still need Jack in your life. Jack was sent to you from above, he knew that both of you where in need of the unconditional companionship. Bless you my friend. ~Franny

  4. Jack oh Jack, u just want to bury me in the back yard I just know it… now I dont see any concrete for a scooter at the park tho’… I think we should all try and figure a way to get your all terrain scooter fixed, what is it that is needed again? a joy stick and battery? surely MEDCO and some letters from all the folks here might could be warriors on your behalf or do something to get you on the “roll”. powerful words on the reality of “chronic pain” and what some go thru to still be in the game… and yes, so many will say, as in grief, “i know just how you feel” when no one will ever know the struggle, the pain, the losses and the costs… the planning the adrenalin of joy, the pain after and during the experience and the days of pain after and the amount of bed time to restore afterwards. thank you for describing athough i can imagine it was uncomfortable for many to read and that is why the comments are only of Jack… and yes, we do not like to move beyond the comfort zone… as for those who misuse the system? it happpens frequently and often they will be caught and it is in knowing and seeing that happen first hand that I do enjoy those times I must admit. Karma has no deadline. But unfortunately those that truly need disability can run out of time and resources while others take advantage of the system, and do not really need or deserve it. our system is broken, and I have been known to report those I believe are getting it and do not truly deserve it. On the other hand, you are indeed an inspiration as is Jack. his work here is not quite done… more love to give and receive, broth he is wanting broth and that loving… take best care and thank you again.
